NOC slashes aviation fuel price



KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has slashed the price of aviation fuel for international carriers by USD 75 per kilolitre. New tariff will come into effect from this midnight onwards.

According to a press statement released by NOC here on Tuesday, the meeting of the Board of Directors of NOC took a decision to this effect. With this, the revised price for aviation fuel is USD 1,050 per kiloliter. Earlier it was USD 1,125 per kiloliter.

The meeting also decided to set up LPG gas bottling plant and modern petrol pump in all seven provinces from the new fiscal year.
