CIAA files graft case at Special Court



KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday filed a graft case at the Special Court against five the then officials of the Land Revenue Office, Dharan.

They have been charged with ill-intentionally transferring land ownership.

The anti-graft body filed case against the then officer Phanindra Bhattarai, Nayab Subba Dilliram Koirala, Surveyor Yogendra Prasad Yadav, Kharidar Shyam Prasad Lho and Karna Bahadur Rai of Dharan-14.
