Six leaders of Biplav outfit including Oli remanded to judicial custody



KATHMANDU: Lalitpur District Court on Tuesday remanded six leaders of the Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav including Hemanta Prakash Oli, to judicial custody.

They have been sent to Nakkhu Prison following the court’s order. Earlier, the Supreme Court had quashed a habeas corpus petition demanding their release.

They were booked for their alleged involvement in the bomb attack at Ncell Headquarters that killed one and injured three others.
