Four foreigners arrested with six kg cocaine in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested four foreigners with six kilograms cocaine on Saturday.

A team deployed from the Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal Police arrested two foreigners from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

Police seized four kilograms of cocaine from their procession.

Likewise, two others were nabbed from Thamel with two kilograms cocaine, said SSP Basanta Lama.

The identification of those arrested has not been made public yet. They will be paraded amidst a press conference today, police said.

The drugs fetch over Rs 150 million in the international market.

Earlier on Tuesday, a Bolivian woman was arrested with three kilograms of cocaine from TIA.
