Gautam endorsed to be appointed as Vice Chairman



KATHMANDU:  The Standing Committee meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has endorsed a decision to appoint Bamdev Gautam as the party’s vice chairman.

The meeting held at the party’s headquarters in Dhumbarahi on Sunday endorsed the decision that was earlier made by the Secretariat.

The decision needs to be endorsed by the party’s central committee as well. For that, a meeting has been summoned for January 5.
