Honeybees sting one to death, injure 5 in Sarlahi



SARLAHI: A minor died while five others sustained critical injuries after being stung by honeybees at Musaili of  Malangwa-7 in the district.

The deceased has been identified as  Kishan Raya, three-year-old son of Ganesh Raya. According to District Police Office, Sarlahi, they were stung while they were working in the field on Wednesday evening.

Others injured include Raya’s wife Chinta Devi Raya and her four-year-old son Rabin Kumar Raya, Aanjali Devi Yadav, 24, Devbatti Devi, 40, Ramdhyan Mahato, 18, have been injured.

The injured have been referred to Birgunj after preliminary treatment at Malangawa Hospital.
