Indian national arrested with 191 tola silver ornaments



MAKWANPUR: Police have arrested an Indian national with 191 tola silver ornaments.

According to police, Rakesh Kumar Sunar, 18, hailing from Motihari, India and currently living in Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City-5 was nabbed with the ornaments.

A team deployed from Ward Police Office, Sanopokhara under the command of ASI Jaya Bahadur Pradhan arrested him during a security check at Heatuda-2, Devipath.

The consignment was concealed in seat and tank of a motorcycle, Na 14 Pa 2836, Sunar was riding.

He has been handed over to District Police Office, Makwanpur for further action.

One tola= 11.664 grams
