Employees’ capacity to be build thru one-door policy: Minister Pandit

KATHMANDU: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Lal Babu Pandit, has pointed out the need of one-door policy for the capacity building of government employees, so that it would bring uniformity.

Addressing a program organized to mark the 26th anniversary of the Local Development Training Foundation in Lalitpur today, Minister Pandit argued that the one door system would help wipe out duplicity.

So, the Ministry was mulling the capacity building training to the staffs ranging from Kharidar to Joint Secretary via one door system, he said.

“Only passing the public service exam does not make employees capable, so the training providers have a role to capacitate them,” he stressed.
