Rohit Shetty likely to make Golmaal 5

Golmaal director Rohit Shetty is working out ideas for the fifth part of the Golmaal series. It has been 13 years when Golmaal: Fun Unlimited released. It was released in July 2006.

Similarly, The second film Golmaal Returns from the series came in 2006, Golmaal 3 was out in 2010 and Golmaal Again, the fourth part, released in 2017.

“When anyone speaks about Golmaal, I do not think it is my film anymore. I think it is a product of the audience, and it is my job to make that film and deliver it to them. It is a household name now, and I have to make it now and again for them,” Shetty said .

“For me, the idea of the Golmaal series is very simple — to make people happy. The characters are simple ones. Nothing is questioned or analysed, and the film makes you feel happy,” says Shetty.
