Four years on, Kalanki-Nagdhunga road remains incomplete



KATHMANDU: Fours on, Kalanki-Nagdhunga road section has not been completed yet. It was planned to be blacktopped by the second week of May in 2019, but it has not been completed.

The  contractor had signed the contract in 2015. The pavement on both sides of the road and median line in the center have yet to be constructed. The protests by locals and disputes over compensation have delayed the road expansion.
