Province 5 takes lead in financial growth with 7.37%



BUTWAL: The financial growth of Province 5 has gone up by 7.37 percent in the current fiscal 2018/19, being the highest among all the seven provinces.

According to the statistics unveiled by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) in Butwal yesterday, Province 5 emerged out to be the highest in terms of financial growth.

In the current fiscal year, Gandaki Province has 7.06 percent of economic growth, Province 3 has 7.04 percent, Province 2 has 6.53, Province 1 has 6.49 and Far Western Province has 6.25 percent economic growth.

In the last fiscal year Province 5 had 6 percent economic growth.
