KATHMANDU: The Medical Education Commission has recommended the names of four senior medical specialists for the appointment on the post of its Director.
Prof Dr Sangaratna Bajracharya, Prof Dr Ramesh Prasad Acharya, Prof Dr Arati Shah, and Prof Dr Dilip Sharma have been recommended for the post.
The Commission had on November 5 called for applications to this regard from candidates meeting the required qualification.
The Commission has received a total of 26 applications wishing to be appointed on the posts.
The Medical Council Act-2075 BS has ensured the four posts of director at the NMC.
