Patan court orders Sah to present before the court with her baby



KATHMANDU: The Patan High Court has ordered former lawmaker Gayetri Sah to appear before the court with her baby, whom Sah had given birth and left at the Medicity Hospital, within three days.

Former lawmaker Sah had left her baby born with ‘Down Syndrome’ in the hospital some eight months ago.

The hospital has lodged a complaint at the court after Sah refused to accept the baby. The Patan Court had on September 5 had ordered to examine the baby at the Bir Hospital after the complaint.

The hospital submitted a report to the court on October 16.
