Gandaki State Chief stresses on abiding by the constitution



KASKI: Gandaki State Chief, Baburam Kunwar has emphasized on abiding by the constitution by means of constitutional attitude, vision and action.

Addressing the Constitution Day Celebration Ceremony in Kaski today, he said that no constitution can be the best or worst in itself. “What made the constitution best or worst depends on its implementation,” he said.

Implementation of the constitution, he said, is crucial adding that the constitution could protect the people only if it was protected

He stated that the state will move towards failure if people undermined the rule of law if anarchy set in.
