Works of Melamchi Drinking Water Project resume



KATHMANDU: Works of Melamchi Drinking Water Project has resumed. The drinking water project is one of the national pride projects.

Melamchi Water Supply Development Board (MWSDB) under the Ministry of Water Supply has been doing homework to speed up the construction works of the project.

“Works of fitting ventilation shafts inside the tunnel and works of releasing access water in Bagmati River have started,” said Spokesperson at the Ministry Ritesh Kumar Shakya.
