Prachanda sees need of keeping people’s trust intact

DHANGADHI: Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ directed party leaders and cadres to perform in the way to make sure that people’s trust and confidence on the party would not erode.

Inaugurating a special training session organized for the people’s representatives at local levels (in Far State) elected from the party, the former Prime Minister said there were growing public grudges that works were not going as per commitments made before them during the election.

The responsibility achieved at the moment was both an opportunity and a challenge for NCP leaders and cadres.

“We are destined to face a problem if we fail to deliver in the best interest of people. Time demands all of us to review our role and performance,” he stressed.

Citing that there were examples to show how communist powers were destroyed due to own reasons, he warned NCP also may face a similar fate.
