The agreement was struck following a discussion among federal lawmaker from the respective area Aman Lal Modi, Executive Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, President of the Industry Association Morang, Bhim Ghimire, and chairperson of the respective rural municipality was held on Friday at the initiatives of State 1 Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai to do away with the obstruction.

The dialogue directed the construction of the transmission line within 45 days after carrying out a technical study to remove the obstruction, said CM Rai. “Industries in Morang and the entire consumers have been deprived of regular power supply.
