NC leader Koirala urges cadres to move on the path of righteousness

BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has urged party cadres to tread on the path of righteousness, come what may.

Addressing a program in Biratnagar today, Koirala urged his party supporters to not deviate from the path of righteousness.

“Be assured, I, too, will not swerve from this path, not even an inch,” Koirala said.

He, however, expressed disappointment saying that the course of political unity and consensus has been a distant dream now.

“This has pushed the country towards complications,” he warned, however, adding that his party is always prepared to forge consensus with other parties for the sake of the country.
