NA endeavors to open snow-disrupted Khaptad road



DOTI: Nepal Army (NA) is making efforts to resume the operation of Khaptad road that was disrupted due to incessant snowfall in the area of Sudurpaschim State.

Guru Gorakh Battalion of NA has been endeavoring to clear the debris and resume transport on the way to Khaptad National Park, according to lieutenant at battalion Tirtha Bahadur Khatry.

According to him, the thick snow has posed a challenge to resume traffic operation on the road heading to the tourism hotspot.
