Hollywood star Kevin Hart sued for $60 million over sex tape



LOS ANGELES: American comedian and actor Kevin Hart is the news due to a sex tape which dates back to 2017.

A 28-year-old model Montia Sabagg has claimed that she was secretly recorded while getting intimate with Hart in a hotel room. As per a report in E! News, Sabagg has accused Hart and his friend Jonathan ‘JT’ Jackson of intentional inflection of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence.

Sabagg even claimed that she had no idea that the intimate activity with Hart was being recorded by the actor. Two years back, when the video came out, Hart claimed he was being extorted but the model denied all his accusations.

Now, the model has accused Hart of allowing his friend to make a set up to record their intimate moments and has sued him for $60 Million. Meanwhile, Hart will now be seen on the celluloid in ‘Jumanji: The Next Level’ which is scheduled to release on 13th December this year.
