Former Chairman Regmi bereaved



KATHMANDU: Former Chairman of the  Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi has been bereaved of his mother.

Regmi’s mother Chitrakumari Regmi passed away in course of treatment at Civil Service Hospital based in Minbhawan last night, said Rajendra Pandey, Regmi’s press aide. She was 90.

Chitrakumari was undergoing treatment for cardiac-related ailment.  She is survived by three sons and four daughters.

She was cremated  at Pashupati Aryaghat on Monday night.
