High profile officials of constitutional and other state bodies have gone scot-free despite their involvement in massive irregularities. The dignitaries resign from their posts once accused of irregularities and no further investigation is carried out. The scenario occurred in the case of high profile officials such as: Lokman Singh Karki, Dipak Raj Joshi, Raj Narayan, Gopal Parajuli and recently in the case of Raj Narayan Pathak, reports Kantipur.
