US House condemns Trump’s ‘racist’ remarks

WASHINGTON: The US House of Representatives voted to condemn US President Donald Trump following a series of attacks at four congresswomen, international media reports have said.

The House resolution ‘denounced’ Trump’s what it said ‘racist comments’, which have legitimized hatred and fear of New Americans and people of color’. The resolution was passed by 240 votes to 187.

President Trump had earlier been accused of racism for asking the members of congress to leave the United States. President Trump has, however, tweeted saying that he does not have a racist bone in his body! (Agencies)
