Chopper carrying PM Oli makes emergency landing



BHARATPUR: The helicopter carrying Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli made an emergency landing at Nepal Army barrack of Bharatpur in Chitwan on Friday.

PM Oli was traveling to Kapilvastu in the chopper which made the emergency landing at 4:50 pm due to unfavorable weather.

“PM Oli, however, waited for 40 minutes in the barrack and left for Kapilvastu when the weather improved,” shared District Police Officer, Chitwan’s Deputy Superintendent of Police, Deependra Shah.
