12 medicinal herbs collectors go missing



SURKHET: Twelve people, who had gone to collect medicinal herbs, have gone missing at Shera Fulbari Patan in the district.

They had left for Patan from Tila Rural Municipality four days ago and are still out of contact, according to ward chair Sher Bahadur Bohara.

“It takes around two days to reach Patan. They had gone to collect medicinal herbs including setak chini, bhutle, dhupi and padamchal,” said Bohara.

Those missing are Dhan Bahadur Bohara, Tul Bohara, Narbir Bohara, Nanilal Rawat, Surya Rawat, Chhabiraj Bohara, Janga Rawat, Sum Bahadur Bohara, Manmaya Bohara, Reshma Bohara, Kalpana Bohara, Lauri Bohara.

Meanwhile, locals have urged the local administration to rescue the missing people.
