No promotion or transfer based on favor: Minister Pandit



PARBAT: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Lalbabu Pandit, has said that the government would not transfer and promote employees based on their favor.

Speaking in a press meet organized by the Press Organization at Kushma on Friday, Minister Pandit said that transfer and promotion of employees would be based on their qualification, capacity, seniority and the system.

As he informed, the Public Service Commission would publish result within October as per the annual calendar, and there would not be a shortage of employees at any level thereafter. The country is facing a shortage of around 32,000 employees at present, according to Minister Pandit.
