TAMIL NADU: Actor Suriya has requested his fans not to erect banners or cut-out for him anywhere in Tamil Nadu. He also told his fans to spend the money as donations to schools.

Suriya fans have decided to give away 200 helmets on the release day of Kaappaan instead of setting up banners and cut-outs.

Suriya is gearing up for the release of Kaappaan. Directed by KV Anand, the film also has Mohanlal in the lead role. Boman Irani and Sayyeshaa Saigal, and Arya are also playing a vital part in the film.

Suriya is also acting in Sudha Kongara’s Soorarai Pottru, which stars Aparna Balamurali, Karunas, and Mohan Babu.
