Government working to develop tourism: Minister Bhattarai

KATHMANDU: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai has said the government has been seriously working to boost up tourism in the country.

Talking to a delegation from Trade Associations Nepal, Minister Bhattarai termed tourism as the backbone for economic development.

Referring to the Government of Nepal’s target of bringing around two million tourists in 2020, Minister Bhattarai said that his ministry is endeavoring to meet the target.
