KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli has said he was disheartened today as he was attending the 206th birth anniversary of Adikavi Bhanubhakta Acharya since it was already a scheduled program.

“I am not delighted as I used to be in the past since more than four dozens persons have lost their lives in the rain-caused disasters across the country,” he said at a program organized to confer national awards on the occasion of the Bhanubhakta’s birth anniversary.

PM Oli said he was engrossed on intensifying the rescue and distribution works adding that he would totally devote his time for the same.

PM Oli further stated that it is high time that the country needed to make a contribution to society ‘before we go’.
