3 killed, 5 injurred in Kanchanpur road accident



KANCHANPUR: Three people, who were traveling in an auto rickshaw, died on the sport after it was hit by an excavator along the East West Highway at Bangaun in  Bhimdatta Municipality-8 in Kanchanpur on Friday morning.

Three people including a woman died after their auto rickshaw, Me 1 Ha 763, was rammed by an excavator with registration, Se 1 Ta 733, this morning, confirmed Kanchanpur District Police Office.

Similarly, five people on board the rickshaw sustained injuries. The injured are receiving treatment at Mahakali Zonal Hospital in Bhimdatta Municipality.
