Giloy, which is also called Tinospora Cordifolia (Gurjo in Nepali), is an Ayurvedic herb used as medicine for ages.

According to Anshul Jaibharat, a Delhi-based nutritionist, it is known as ‘Amrit’, which literally means the ‘root of immortality’, because of its abundant medicinal properties.

Giloy’s stem can be of maximum utility. Even its roots can also be used. It can be consumed in the form of powder, juice, or even capsules.

Benefits of Giloy
