Inferno at furniture shop in Pokhara doused

POKHARA: A massive fire that broke out at a furniture shop in Newroad of the city on Tuesday afternoon has been contained.

The inferno was contained with the help of fire engines backed by police personnel and locals.

According to police, the fire had engulfed Nawa Durga Furniture Shop and other nearby shops. The detail of the loss incurred is yet to be known and no human casualty was reported.
