KHOTANG: Eight people have been injured in a flash of lightning coupled with hailstorm in the district on Sunday evening, police said.
The injured are Renuka Bista of Diktel; her daughters Anusha Bista, Januka Bista and son Abhishek Bista. Likewise, others injured are Khem Kumari Katwal, Laxmi Katwal, Meena Katwal and Padam Kumari Katwal of the same locality.
They are undergoing treatment at the District Police Office, Khotang, according to police.
