KATHMANDU: Culture expert Satya Mohan Joshi has reached 100 years today. Lalitpur Metropolitan City is organizing a special program on the occasion of Joshi’s 100th birth anniversary.
Joshi will be carried in a chariot from Mangal Bazaar to Kumaripati to Jawalakhel to Pulchowk, according to Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
Lalitpur metropolis and Godawari municipality have given holidays on the occasion of his centenarian birth anniversary. Over 40 types of traditional musical instruments will be played during the ceremony.
