POKHARA: Tribhuvan University (TU)’s management faculty dean Prof Dr Dilliraj Sharma pitched for competent human resource for quality education.
In his address to a program organized here on Wednesday on the occasion of 28th anniversary of Janapriya Multiple Campus, he called for the academic institutions to engage their efforts for developing human resource competent enough to get space in international market.
Lauding the role of Janapriya campus in enhancing educational quality and producing proficient human resource, he congratulated the campus family for obtaining approval for running MBA and Hospitality Management program.
Also speaking on the occasion, Gandaki State Assembly member Bindu Kumar Thapa said quality education was indispensable need of the hour. He asked the educational institutions to include Chinese language as optional subject in view of growing trade and tourism with northern neighbour.
Presenting the annual report, Campus Chief Wiranji Gautam pledged to focus on research and publication. Janapriya having 5,000 students was awarded by the Education Ministry as the outstanding campus in 2072 and 2073 BS.
