Security persons mobilized for prompt rescue: PM Oli



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the security persons were mobilized for prompt rescue of the disaster victims and minimize the further loss in view of the floods triggered by the heavy rainfall across the country.

The concerned ministry was working actively by providing early information of possible risks, PM Oli said in a tweet, adding that efforts were underway to establish coordination with India for solving the inundation problem in the bordering area of Sarlahi district.

He also expressed grief over the loss of lives and property and extended condolences to the families of the victims.
