Irrespective of your age, you have the power to change several variables influencing your life. Following these actions may increase your chances of living a healthy and happy life. Some tips:

Do not smoke, and if you smoke, quit immediately.

Engage in physical and mental activities on a daily basis.

Go for a healthy diet. Include vegetables, whole grains, and fruits in your diet.

Maintain healthy weight and your body shape.

Make sure to take a daily multivitamin that specifically include calcium and vitamin D.

Keep trying or learning new things and activities.

Make sure to build a strong social network.

Brush, floss, and see a dentist on a regular basis.

Make sure to follow preventive care and health guidelines.

Walk briskly for at least 45 minutes a day.
