Raut stresses on transforming police service



JANAKPUR: Chief Minister of State 2 Lalbabu Raut has emphasized the need of making the police service according to the demand of time.

Speaking on the occasion of the 64th Police Day in Janakpurdham today, Raut argued that the existing working style of the police would not bring peace and security.

He stressed the need to end the culture of impunity, proving incident guilty and reflecting the motto of service with smile in behavior.

Chief Minister Raut added that the need of the hour was to unlearn weaknesses of the past to ensure that ‘police is our friend’.
