Minister Pun urges to support hydropower development

KATHMANDU: The government has urged the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to support the development of Nepal’s energy sector.

Minister for Energy Barsha Man Pun, in a meeting with JICA South Asia Director General Hara Shohei at the Ministry today, urged for the same.

The meeting was held in the course of collecting more funds for Tanahun Seti Hydropower Project which is under-construction with the financial support of JICA.
