KATHMANDU: An undersecretary at the Ministry for Physical Infrastructure and Transport has been arrested on the charge of repeatedly raping his daughter.
A team from Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur nabbed the undersecretary whose surname has been revealed as Yadav for raping his daughter since long.
An official confirmed that Yadav was arrested following a complaint filed by his 18-year-old daughter.
The girl, a 12th grader at a school in Kathmandu, had lodged the complaint with the police with the help of her beloved.
It is reported that Yadav had been repeatedly raping his daughter saying that incest was common in the modern days.
