According to Krishna Basyal, chief of the rural municipality, the the program has not moved ahead due to the absence of Kanama Parajuli. “There are a lot of monkeys in our village. They are giving a lot of trouble to them. We have planned to drive away monkeys with with the PMEP program,” a report in Naya Patrika said.
