KATHMANDU: Minister for Defense, Ishwor Pokhrel has emphasized the need of strengthening national unity based on social harmony and goodwill.
Speaking at a program in the capital on Wednesday, Minister Pokhrel said it is high time that all communities and sections of the society came together to further strengthen national unity.
He urged one and all to come together to protected the country’s glorious history, culture, religion, and norms and values. “In order to keep national independence, nationality, integrity, freedom and prestige intact, all people from the Terai, hills and the mountains need to come together.
He further stated that the efforts should be to protect and promote progressive thoughts and issues.
