Two killed as firing goes in Bhojpur

 BHOJPUR: Two persons died and another sustained injuries in a confrontation between police personnel and an unidentified armed group in the district this morning.

According to police, the deceased are police constable Sanjiv Rai and a member of the armed gang who first opened fire. The other other, who sustained injuries in the incident, is receiving treatment at a local health post.

A confrontation took place when an identified gang first opened fire on police personnel, said police.

Of the three injured, two died at the hospital. Police have started investigation into the incident.
