US citizen held in Nepal over alleged paedophilia



KATHMANDU: A US citizen has been arrested on the charge of raping three Nepali girls alluring them of financial gains.

A team of police deployed from the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) arrested American national 40-year-old Jason Lloyd Moody from the Airport-based Memorial Guest House.

According to the police, he was arrested from room number 104 of the hotel will three girls in a compromising position.

Police said the tourist holding passport number 4567472535 will be charged for rape. He hails from the US state of Illinois.

Police said he raped one girl and attempted to rape two others, adding they recovered his passport, four mobile sets, ATMs among others.
