Bangladesh wins gold in SAG women’s cricket



POKHARA: Bangladesh Women has won a gold medal in the women’s cricket under the South Asian Games (SAG) played in Pokhara on Sunday.

Bangladesh defeated Sri Lanka by two runs.

Chasing down the 92 runs target set by Bangladesh, Sri Lanka managed to get only 89 runs on the board losing nine wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
