Nepal to face Pakistan in SAFF U-18 Championship opener



KATHMANDU: Nepal will face Pakistan in the opener of the SAFF U-18 Championship 2019 to be held in Kathmandu from September 20-29.

As per the fixtures made public on Thursday, Nepal will take on Pakistan at 11:30 am on September 20 at APF Stadium. Likewise, Nepal will compete against the Maldives on September 22 and face Bhutan on September 24.

Seven teams will be competing in the regional championship with Nepal, Pakistan, Bhutan and the Maldives in Group ‘A’ and India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in Group ‘B’.
