RJPN to hold gen convention on Nov 14-16



KATHMANDU: Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) has geared up for the general convention to elect a new leadership. According to Rajdhani daily, Rajendra Mahato and Mahantha Thakur are doing homework to contest the elections.

RJPN’s party statute has laid down a provision that bars the  leaders from becoming chairman of the party for than one term.

Run under the presidium system earlier, the party is go for a solo leadership through the upcoming general convention. The convention is being held on November 14, 15 and 16.
