RUKUM: Police have arrested three cadres, including a central committee member of Biplav-led faction form Rukum.
Those arrested are Shyam Bahadur Bohara of Tribeni rural municipality-2, Hari Pun and Prem Bohara on Tuesday night, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sumit Khadka.
Prem is the District Conference Organizing Committee sub-coordinator of student the organization while Pun is the District Conference Organizing Committee of Rukum (East).
