NC registers proposal of public importance



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC), the main opposition party, today registered an urgent proposal of public importance at the House of Representatives (HoR) drawing the government’s attention towards making easier provisions for quarantine and the process of herbs exports.

NC highlighted the need for deliberations to do away with hurdles in herbs export due to quarantine issues.

NC lawmakers registered the proposal under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies.

The proposal registered by lawmaker Rangamati Shah was backed by Dila Sangroula, Bal Krishna Khand, and Prakash Rasai Snehi.
