Soy protein lowers cholesterol, new study finds



If a new study is something to go by, soy protein has the ability to lower cholesterol.

The new finding comes at a time when food authority is working to remove soy from the list of food beneficial to the heart.

Researchers found that soy protein reduced LDL cholesterol by three to four percent in adults, a small but significant amount.
